After finishing his tour of duty with Big 4 management consulting in the areas of system design and financial management, Peter transitioned into CFO-related work. As Peter began to understand and meet the needs of his clients comprising a wide variety of industries in the SMB (usually B2B) market space, he gravitated towards a client service model that serves 5-8 clients concurrently. Over the last 18 years, he has innovated and refined his proprietary Y10P operational finance methodologies with 30 companies. He is the author of Profit Peak for Entrepreneurs: A Practical, Field-tested Guide to Maximizing Profit and Optimizing Cash Flow. Peter enjoys rugged outdoor activities as well as tennis and basketball.
